Create at Storm King Theater
Storm King Theater is available as a creative setting for filmmakers, musicians, photographers, videographers, podcasters, social media creators and other content producers looking for a distinctive place to work.
We want to see the theater used creatively.
The space can work well for music videos, band rehearsals, photo shoots, interviews, promotional content, editorial shoots, social media production, short-form video and other creative projects.
Flexible Access for Creators
When our schedule allows, we are willing to make the theater available through a flexible exchange arrangement.
That might mean sharing your talents as part of a future community event, contributing creative services to the theater, or making a donation in support of Storm King Theater.
This type of arrangement is intended for projects that can work around our existing schedule and do not require special staffing, labor, equipment, setup or other expenses on our end.
If your schedule is flexible, we will do our best to find a time that works.
Need Guaranteed Studio Time?
If you need a specific date, dedicated access or guaranteed use of the space, Storm King Theater is also available for content creation at a rental site fee.
This can be a better option for commercial shoots, larger productions, projects with firm schedules or creators who need dedicated access for a defined period of time.
Additional fees may apply for custom setups, staffing, equipment, furniture moves or other requirements that create additional costs for the theater.
A Space to Make Your Own
Depending on your project, you may be able to use Storm King Theater, Hudson Hall or both spaces.
The theater can shift between cinema seating, open floor, lounge-style arrangements, standing configurations and other setups, giving creators flexibility to build a setting around the content they want to produce.
