Storm King Theater offers businesses a unique and flexible alternative to the traditional meeting room, conference space or event venue for company gatherings, private screenings, meetings, seminars, presentations, client entertainment and team experiences.

With two distinctive spaces—Storm King Theater and Hudson Hall—we can configure the venue around the way your group wants to meet, gather and experience the event.

Two Spaces. One Flexible Experience.

Storm King Theater is a modular theater that can transition from a traditional cinema to presentation seating, expanded seating, lounge configurations, standing events, open-floor experiences and other custom arrangements. The cinema includes 50 dedicated cinema chairs, with additional configurations available depending on the event.

Hudson Hall is our theater lobby and a dedicated event venue in its own right. It can be used independently or together with the theater for receptions, dining, networking, registration, cocktails, breakout space or another component of your event.

For most experiences, we recommend up to 70 attendees. Depending on your event format, guest flow and how the spaces will be used, we are happy to discuss configurations that may accommodate larger groups.

The two rooms can also work together to create a multi-part experience—a presentation or screening in the theater followed by cocktails, dinner or conversation in Hudson Hall.

Full-service food and beverage experiences are available, allowing us to incorporate dining, cocktails or reception service directly into your event. Outside catering, food and beverages are not permitted.

Meetings, Presentations & Private Screenings

The theater's large screen and audiovisual capabilities make the space well suited for presentations, training, seminars, speaker programs, panels and other business uses.

Companies can also incorporate a private movie screening into an employee, client or company experience. Film licensing is required for private screenings and is separate from the venue rental.
